Race Balanced
Race Pace is around a 50.0 second lap to keep from over heating the tires. You can do around a 49.0 lap but it will heat the tires up a lot after a few laps.

Joel's Richmond V3 Setup - Won The Race
Richmond is a low grip track. Lots of tire wear and heat. Don't drive in too hard, use light to medium braking, and ease into the throttle coming off.
