Frank Jochman rubs the wall and gets stuck for a second so Larry Garrett passes him low rather than check-up the field and cause a big wreck. Frank gets off the wall but doesn't have a lot of room now that it's three wide and rubs the wall again. But this time he comes off the wall and can't save it. This happens in pack racing.
